Meet Our Office Staff

Liza has been in the car business her whole life, and is the fourth generation of her family to own a dealership. She is also the first 4th generation car dealer to be elected to the Board of the Virginia Automobile Dealers Association. Liza grew up in Charlottesville, graduated from UVA, and has been back in town since she purchased Volvo of Charlottesville in February 2004. She has two children: her son, Taylor, and daughter, Parker. Liza's Volvo of choice is the Volvo XC70 Cross Country wagon.

Cynthia started with Volvo of Charlottesville in August 2004. She brought with her over 14 years dealership experience. When she's not hard at work here, Cynthia loves spending time with her husband George and her children, Jarid and Sydney.

Brenda is a native of Virginia and has been with this dealership for almost 20 years. She is the caring voice that welcomes our longtime and new customers. Brenda and her husband Kenny live in Gordonsville where they spend their weekends grilling, gardening and boating.

Melanie has been with Volvo of Charlottesville since April 2005. She is responsible for all our titling and DMV work, and accepts all the other tough jobs with a gracious smile. When at her home in Charlottesville, Melanie enjoys life with her daughter Natalie.
